"Villa Champagne" is our huge (1950 sq ft interior, plus over 500 sq ft of balcony space), $million dollar ++ beach front penthouse, three bedroom, three full bath luxury condominium. Destin Towers is a beach front resort located on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin. Upscale shopping (Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall) and refined restaurants are minutes away. The unit and the building were completely renovated in 2006, offering the guest a completely unique experience. Sip champagne while enjoying sweeping panoramic views from the two oversize Gulf-front balconies, as well as a city/sound view from a third balcony off the third bedroom.

Destin Towers is in the best location right in the middle of the City of Destin, directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park and close to shopping (Destin Commons Mall, Silver Sands Outlet Mall), fine restaurants, and best of all, on the best stretch of sugar white sands and aqua-blue waters, an ideal spot to watch the dophins at play, kick back, and enjoy your luxury beach vacation. You will have fantastic Gulf views from the Gulf front balcony, living room, and master bedroom. When you are ready for the beach, simply take the elevator down, walk past Destin Towers pool, and onto the beautiful Destin beach. Beach service is available daily from March to November for Destin Towers guests for a nominal fee.
